"I recently had Built Right Concepts install a new furnace and A/C in my rental property. Couldn't be happier with the quality of work that I received. They managed to install all the ventilation tubing without having to cut into the drywall, which was something every other company was saying they were going to have to do. The price was fair and Jason was very professional and he had the work done in less than 2 days. They didn't leave a huge mess and the finished product looks and functions great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to install/replace any furnace or A/C."

"Two professional installers. Done in one day.  If only one person had been there for the install it would have been a 2.5 day job. With two people the job was completed in one day. I bought their recommended Amana furnace/AC. They were personable and interacted well when I had questions. If one person had been there it would have been a 2.5 day job. The unit worked the first time they turned it on and is a significant improvement. At the end of the job they thoroughly cleaned the area. And no up front money which indicated a well run business.
I had been told about other people who installed furnaces but I am confident that they were horror stories waiting to happen. This job required experienced workers. I may have paid more, but I may have ended up with a low quality (cheaper) unit as well as delays while the installer dealt with personal issues or disappeared.
This is the third time I have used Giant and each instance was totally satisfactory.

"When my desk top computer failed I called Mr Ferrell. His response time was excellent; arriving at my home the same day I called.
He called me back that evening to update me on what he found. He replaced the power supply and did a virus scan and returned the computer to my home within 48 hours. I found him to be computer savy and very friendly. If we have computer issues in the future I will contact Mr Ferrell.

I really thought the job would take longer to complete all of the work but they worked long hours to make sure the job was finished in a timely manner. They are also one of the more responsive companies that I contacted. Within hours of contacting via email on Angie's List about getting an estimate, they had called me to set up a time and came out the same day to look at what I needed to have done. "My husband and I were looking for a qualified carpenter who could take on all aspects of a major bathroom renovation except for laying the tile because we already had a tile guy to do that.  The positive reviews on Angie's List led us to Galen.  The fact that he could also do electrical and plumbing was a bonus.  His endless knowledge and abilities exceeded our expectations and we were very pleased with his work.  He always arrived on time, put in a full day's work, and cleaned up before leaving. Our master bathroom is beautiful and looks and functions like something you would find at a resort spa.  We have him on "speed dial" and will definitely call him again for any major or minor repairs our house may need.  We look forward to working with him again in the near future.

"Chris visited when agreed upon, measured our existing gutters and talked about possibilities for replacement (6 inch instead of five with screw on straps).  A week later he brought samples for us to see.  We agreed on the product and signed a contract for the work. No money was requested up front.  A couple of weeks later, while we were out of town, we returned to see the job was completed.  Everything looked great.

"I have worked with Calhoun heating and plumbing since the day I moved into my old home. He replaced gas lines and made several other repairs. I tried Home Depot for repairs which ended costing me more money and back to square one with the furnace. Calhoun kept in touch every step of the way and even followed up twice after he installed the new furnace. Very dependable man."
