"Alex installed a tankless water heater and did a great job. Arrived when he said he would and completed the work professionally. He also unclogged a kitchen sink and installed shower heads. When work is needed I will call Alex-completes the job in a professional way."

"Here's the thing: the quality of the work and materials were top-notch and I paid a very fair price for it, so for that I am happy.  However, the were a number of administrative problems:
1) Hot water and cold water were accidentally backwards in the garage. I would think that they'd test this before saying that it's done, so they had to come back and switch it. Shoulda been obvious.
2) The water heater was left tilted at an angle so they had to come back again to fix that and needed to drain the whole tank.
3) I was often told that I would receive a phone call on a certain day and that often didn't happen, so I had to call them many times.
4) The patchwork wasn't completed until 13 days after the repipe because of miscommunications in the company as to who was scheduling the inspections and arranging the patchwork.  A couple of times, my contact just forgot about me and admitted this, though apologizing.

"

I needed a plumber for my Moms house and found Brian and his team by luck.  I will say that they were on time, professional, and did a fantastic job with our clogged line.  Also, the price was right where I thought it would be for having a plumber at my house all day working hard.  This is a first class operation.

I will recommend them to any one who asks!  Great Job!

"They were responsive and on time.  They did fix the leaking valve.  However the tune up was a waste of money.  The only change made after the tune up was a sprinkler head was swapped for one that had a longer throw pattern.  The problem was, I told them about the issue before the tune up.
The same sprinklers that were broken, non functioning or partially buried were left unchanged. The timing and set up of the the sprinkler command box were all left at 10 minutes each, and clearly little or what i can see, no value was added by their tune up service.  i could have tuned up the sprinkler system better than what I received.
The people are quite nice and friendly and I'm sure have every intention of doing a good job, but this was a clear miss on my expectation."

"We needed to replace one 45 year old and two 35 year old furnaces due to concern about carbon monoxide leakage and fire hazard in the oldest furnace. I first got a bid from another company for $16,700 with a 1 year warranty. I decided to get another bid and contacted Sal from Service All-Stars. Sal promptly came and evaluated the job. His bid was $3,000 less and the work came with a 10 year warranty on parts and service. Needless to say, I chose Service All-Stars. Two of the furnaces required that access openings had to be created in the ceiling. The bid included installation of drop-down ladders or finished openings with a removable panel. Unfortunately there was insufficient space in the attics to allow the drop-down ladders, but Sal had drywall man named Carlos come and create attic access panels which he framed and finished to my satisfaction. Antoine and Chris removed  the old furnaces and installed the new. They were both hard working and good at problem solving. I would not hesitate to recommend Service All-Stars for any heating work.

"Jeff's crew did an amazing job. The communication and work coordination was professional and outstanding. The crews showed up on time, were very talented and meticulous. At the end of very day the job site was clean and secure. The project was completed on time and to a very high standard. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and would use Patios by B&B again."

FAQs for water or fuel tank remove projects in Seal Beach, CA

There are several reasons why you might need to remove an oil tank. In some areas, local regulations require tanks to be removed after a certain period. Leaking tanks can pose hazards to drinking water and the environment. Plus, many municipalities won't allow property sales until an inspection confirms the oil tank is safe.

One option for disposing of an oil tank is to have your removal pro take it to a dismantling yard or salvage yard for recycling. If a salvage yard isn’t an option, you can contact a local landfill or a local oil tank removal service for help finding a proper disposal location for your tank. Typically, you’ll need to show there’s no sludge or residue in the tank.

A leaking oil tank reveals itself through increased energy bills and a noticeable oily sheen on water surfaces, which signals a malfunction. You may also experience strong oil odors and observe stained grass and deteriorating vegetation near your property. These clear warning signs demand immediate professional evaluation to protect the environment and secure your property’s safety.

Yes, states mandate soil testing during oil tank removal to detect hazardous pollutants that harm the environment. This testing confirms that no soil contamination exists. Certified specialists collect soil samples to meet regulatory requirements and ensure property safety. Conducting these tests protects water quality and the structure’s integrity while immediately triggering any necessary remediation measures.
