Multiple crews worked on our home across a week and a half. Each individual was professional and was more than willing to spend time explaining each step of the process. They cleaned up each day leaving the house in almost better shape than when they started. They also worked with us around accommodating our animals. Cody was able to adjust and respond quickly to change requests we had during the project and we could not be happier with the result. Post install Cody has been great taking our calls for questions on the new system and helping us learn usage of the systems. He even walked me through an easy change to the tankless hot water heater spending a good hour on the phone with me. Overall Cody and the team at SeaTown electric heating and air have been wonderful to work with and have exceeded our expectations with our hvac and hot water tank replacement. "We discovered our A/C was out on what was going to be the hottest day of the year so far (and a Sunday). Evergreen were the quickest to reply to our various after-hours inquiries and had the best rate for the diagnosis (at least, of the ones that ever ended up replying). They were out within an hour, and luckily it was a simple and quick fix, just replacing a burned out part. When we looked up comparables later, the repair cost (itemized separate from diagnosis) was on the higher end, but we were happy to get it fixed before the day heated up."

On the day of the install, the team at Greenwood H+A, including Jake, Jordan, and Jason were very flexible, coordinating with the roofing company we had hired to take down our chimney and replace with a vent, to get the project moving on time. They were all very communicative, which we appreciated, and gave us regular updates on the progress. They finished what seemed like a big job within the day, despite the install occurring in our cramped crawl space. Our house is now toasty warm again with a great new furnace and all the bells and whistles. "The guy that came out was awesome. Honest, polite, and hard working. He showed up on time, did the work, kept up informed the whole way through, and restored our confidence. We had another company out prior for the same service but the person didn't even start, rather just wanted to scare is into getting a whole new heat pump and furnace, saying it was on the brink of failure with an estimate between $12K-$20K. We said we wanted a 2nd opinion and thank goodness we did. Day and Nite acknowledged that our system was at 14-15 years, but saw no need to replace.
