"I highly recommend Apex-based "A. Maynor Heating & A/C", who replaced my furnace and the entire central air conditioning system (outside condenser unit, inside evaporator coil, and new refrigerant lines) on 7-17-2020 at my Cary house. I also had them install the new outside condenser unit on the opposite side of the house (where it's in the shade, able to operate more effectively) compared to where the original condenser was (in the direct sun). All of their personnel were very competent, polite, prompt, and a pleasure to interact with, from Christy & Tammy in the office, to Carlos & Louis who performed the initial inspection & diagnosis of the original system that had failed, to Norm who performed the house "load calculation", recommended the appropriate new system, and who (since he's a licensed electrician) modified the wiring at the electrical panel as needed for the new condenser location, to Ramon & Christian who performed the new installation, and to Robert who performed the post-installation check and installed a new condensate pump."

"Very professional. Came and assessed the issue. Ordered a part. Told me I didn’t have to pay until the job was done. Just for the visit. I told him I’d pay in whole so my son could oversee the repair. I received a call confirming and within 2 days it was repaired!"

"Fred from Streamline came the day after we contacted the company about a slow leak in our water heater. Since the appliance was 10 years old, we decided to replace it. Fred was friendly, efficient and effective. Within a few hours we had our new system in place."

"It went phenomenal! The service was very respectful and professional. The people were very kind and friendly! I will definitely be contacting Air Serv with any future problems with my heating and A/C. Air serve will always be welcomed in my house!"

"Lahcen is an excellent HVAC technician! He quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC unit and clearly explained what was causing an error in my AC unit and while he was diagnosing the main issue, he checked my filter he found out it was upside down. Professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service."

\n\nHi, I'm Jason, owner of TriFixCo, a locally owned handyman service based in Clayton, NC. I keep my service area close to home, serving Clayton and the surrounding Raleigh area, so I can show up on time and give every job real attention.\n\nBefore starting TriFixCo, I spent years in building materials sales: windows, doors, trim, trusses and lumber. That means I know what products hold up, what they should cost, and how they should be installed. I've also done plenty of hands-on work myself, including drywall repairs, flooring and trim installation.\n\nI also have a background in customer service leadership, so I believe in clear communication, upfront pricing, and leaving your home cleaner than I found it. Whether it's a punch list, a repair that's been bugging you, or a small install, I'll give you an honest quote and do the job right.

"They did not delay the repair. I was pleased with the pleasant repair man"

"Alpine provides quick service and checks out any problems.  We are completely satisfied with their service and the professional quality of their employees.   In January 2011 they installed a new Everrest split system 16 SEER 48,000 btu air conditioner and coil
matched with Everrest 95% two stage condensing furnace.  They removed and disposed of existing unit.  They put in a new condenser pad and reconnected low voltage and communicating thermostat.  They removed existing duct work and installed new R-8 valve, insulated flex duct for both supply and return, sized for larger unit, and insulated existing floor boots, bringing them up to code.  They installed  airtight collars with dampers.  In short they removed the old system and put in new heating and air conditioning units and installed new ducts throughout the house.  The cost was $9084.

"It was the middle of the summer ant the air conditioner stopped working.  It was on a Friday and the nice thing was by the afternoon they had someone out to the house.  We were worried, because sometimes you call HVAC companies and they tell you it will be several days, so they sent a technician and he diagnosed and repaired the problem in the same day.  I was happy and impressed with that.  The only thing I would say is that the cost for the work that he did seems a little high, but being able to fix it in a timely manner we were okay with the price.  We had previously used them.  They installed the HVAC system about four years ago in our home, and since they were the installer of the system, we continued to use them."

"Called to inquire about installing a UV light in my HVAC system to address mold issue. Was called back that same day and offered and appointment that afternoon; however, due to my schedule, I made the appointment two days later. Adam was responsive to my text messages. He called ahead to give me an ETA, which he met promptly. ABS pricing for UV light system was several hundred dollars below competitor pricing. Adam discussed in details my options. He cleaned the inside of my heat pump and then completed the work installing a UV light and Apco Fresh Aire in-duct purifier."
