"Wonderful Service Plan. We have two air conditioning/heating systems and both are serviced yearly in October. The John Wayne inspector/maintenance person spends about 4 hours each year checking out both systems and performing any maintenance that he finds. This year, he found that a starting capacitor in our main A/C compressor was not up to specs, so he replaced it. I would not have caught that problem until it completely failed. He also added a little refrigerant to one of our systems. Excellent attention to detail."
