We also got much better systems at a similar price compared to other estimates. The Co inspector was just here and both systems passed. He commented on the high quality of the install and said that All About Heat & Air does some of the best work around. He also noted that Bosch units seem to be far superior compared to other top brands. He wished he had Bosch in his home. Thanks again for a job well done."

"Tim is the best service technician! He was out today today for a maintenance and service call. He is very experienced and clearly explained what was needed and to recap at the end of the visit! I first started working Sheer Comfort in 2023 when they installed a new AC & Gas furnace for my home. I obtained 5 quotes from highly rated companies before deciding which company to engage. I worked with Travis Shearer (owner) on deciding which options were best for my home and I was impressed with his knowledge, fair pricing and ease to work with. The project was well supervised by Carl and installed by David & Eli......they were all great to work with. Tonya in the office was excellent in keeping me posted on timelines and managing the coordination for permitting and coordinating with the 3 sub-contractors needed for running gas lines and electrical to connect my new furnace and for a plumber to make changes to my water heater from my old gas forced air system. "Mike's quoted 3 systems; the multi-zone Mitsubishi hyper-heat system was about twice the cost of the Trane single-zone std. heatpump. The quote from a 2nd HVAC installer for a standard Carrier single-zone heatpump system was only $1000 less than Mike's Mitsubishi system. I wasn't originally considering the Mitsubishi because of the cost but the Carrier-system quote changed my mind. It took two days to complete. The installers were efficient, professional and amiable. They did a good job and took the time they needed to install the equipment correctly and make it look good. The condensor unit was delivered to Mike's with a dent; they gave me the option of a price break or getting another unit shipped next-day. The Mitsubishi system they installed operates much differently from the 13 year old standard-heatpump-system it replaces; before they left, the technician took the time to explain what to expect regarding the system's operation and encouraged me to contact Mike's if I had any questions or concerns."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Overall I was very pleased with the service that Josh at All Ways Plumbing Heating & Air LLC provided. I will definitely be calling them again if I have any other issues. The first estimate done by another company seemed very high and they did not offer to repair the existing equipment at all, only to order a new coil; not to mention the cost of Freon that they quoted seemed very high. They also charged a diagnosis fee just to come out. I called Josh at All Ways Plumbing Heating & Air, and he met me at my house the same day. He repaired the coil the same day, re-filled the Freon and the AC has been blowing cold since (about two months now)."
