"It is a pleasure having Clarence take care of our heating/cooling system. He comes when he says he will come;he is thorough, knowledgeable, and takes pride in his work."

"Our initial estimation contacts - Clint THEN Frank were amazing. Timely, professional, took time to walk me through things, answered all of my questions and concerns thoroughly and gave me options. Frank came back with Tyler to do a load estimation to ensure we had the right size unit for our home. Ryan and Rob were our installation crew (along w Clint) and were also very courteous, informative, professional and polite. I also love how every member of the team was so thorough in cleaning up after themselves as well as courteous in taking shoes off when in the house. Brenda from the office was prompt in keeping me informed and very polite every time I called with questions. I love LOVE how they also gave us options for our install so it didn't feel like they were just trying to push the most expensive option on us. I could NOT have had a better experience and would highly recommend using this company for your HVAC needs in the future. We will absolutely be using them for any & all HVAC needs that may come up in the longer term. Thank you Sheer Comfort Team - you made our new HVAC install process a breeze. We appreciate all of you and the work that you did to make our home more efficient! - The Parker Family"

"After a thorough review of our system by another company, I received an estimate from them to replace two bad capacitors and a contactor in our heat pump. The total was over $700, so I declined the repair service. I looked up the pricing on the parts and bought two of them for less than $50. I then called Mike's Heating and Cooling and spoke with Josh who gave me a price of $50 for the third part I needed and $85 to install all three. Less than 48 hours later, the technician DJ had them installed and our system is now working great. In the end I spent less than $200 for everything, which was significantly less expensive than going with the original Aire Serve bid. I am very happy with Mike's Heating and Cooling and plan to use them in the future."

"Our experience was pleasant, they were out at the time scheduled, and repaired the equipment in a timely manner, and were polite and professional."

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"I bought a condo and a week later the heat pump conked out, in the middle of having workers in there doing renovations, in the hottest week of the year so far. It was intolerable. I called several places, and they were booked up. Aire Serv said they could send somebody the next day--and they did. He fixed the problem, explained exactly what was wrong, showed me other things that were on the verge of causing more trouble, and set up a return visit to get those taken care of. I was impressed enough that I signed up for their twice-yearly maintenance program. I have no idea how their prices compare to others, because I went with the first company that could respond quickly--and under the circumstances I was happy to get them, whatever the cost."

"Jim arrived promptly, answered my questions, worked quickly, and cleaned up the old rock wool embers and carbon buildup on our gas logs and fireplace. He arranged new embers and volcanic rock in a nice realistic arrangement. Nice guy, and does good work. Would recommend highly.

"Very responsive and honest. Responded quickly and was very thorough. Replaced our capacitor and pressure tested the system. Check inside and outside units and recharged our unit."

"Routine heat pump tuneup. Tranis arrived on time, introduced himself and was eager to get to work. He seems a nice individual, well spoken and had no problem explaining his actions. He cleaned the interior and exterior of the heat pump unit, something no other technician had ever done before. Tranis explained that by doing so less stress is put on the unit resulting on having a more efficient unit. He also cleaned the supplemental unit in the crawl space. Tranis also checked the humidifier unit which is incorporated in the heating system. These are examples of services provided beyond the routine unit tuneup. This is a young man who understands and maintains a high work ethic. Tranis you have earned a loyal customer now and for the future. Great work."

"Mike and Crystal were very professional from the first phone contact through the completion of the work. They showed up on time, their work was neat and they worked very efficiently. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. In the end we received a very good paint job on a timely basis and at a competitive price. I have already recommended Mike's Painting to others in my neighborhood and would use him again for future painting needs.
