"Beyond excellent. Found out our shops HVAC was out, mind you it’s already 2 pm and pushing 90 degrees outside. Contacted Revival Energy and within an hour, a repair man was addressing the issue. He was able to fix the problem with the upmost kindness and professionalism, all while maintaining social distancing. Definitely saved the day for the shop. 11/10 would recommend."

"The plumbing repair turned out excellent. Good to have full running water again!"

"This is the second time that I used Air Control Systems for installing new AC. Mark gave me the lowest price among several bids while providing outstanding service. I highly recommend them without reservation."

"They took a look, found the crack in the water heater, and replaced it on the spot with a 9 year warranty and annual service agreement"

"A rather amazing fellow named John Lower is JW Geothermal. I take John to be "one of those guys". Give John a paper clip and he'll build you a shopping center. I was desperate when I went looking for someone to repair or replace our non-functioning central A/C with the historic Pacific Northwest heat dome on the way in late June of 2021. I just got lucky when I got a call from John who said he could be at our place the next day. Most of the other "big" companies were telling me I would have to wait until July. My dear girlfriend is not "heat hardy" to put in mildly and it was a scary deal. I was operating on the bogus assumption that we needed a new unit as the one we have is fairly ancient, an older than dirt Rheem. John arrived on schedule and swung into action. In a matter of maybe 20 minutes (max) he diagnosed the issue (a bum capacitor) and installed a new one that he had in his major pickup truck. John's a big guy with big hands but he works with the skill of a brain surgeon. He saved our bacon for sure. I simply can't recommend this fellow highly enough. Oh, and did I mention that he is a nice guy in the bargain."

"The mechanics did a very good job and said most of the furnace was in good condition especially as it was 21 years old and had not been serviced for 5 years! He pointed out a potential problem with the control/mother board that could cause the furnace to fail in the future and will provide an estimate for a replacement. He also fitted a new filter for us which we supplied."

"I just had another wonderful experience AGAIN with your service people. You folks never let me down, and as a purchaser of a Heat Pump in 2010, that experience has been significant. My heat went out Monday, 11/23/20. I called Tuesday Morning to 503-620-5643. They ALWAYS pick up this number. Long story short, My system was fixed before dinner. This was accomplished in unusually short timeframe because everything broke in our favor. But this is the type of service has been the rule of what has happened in the last 10 years of service. Thanks to Matt, Matt, Corey, and especially Jason, and exceptional Technician (engineer). This post, as well as my email address can be used in any way by Specialty Heating & Cooling LLC"
