"I want to thank Angie's List for helping me know about local companies and all their information, to make a clear choice. I called the company and talked to the lady in the office. She was really helpful and explained the differences in the systems, cost and answered other questions I had. She took her time with me and didn't 'talk down' to me but made me feel at ease and knowledgeable of the products. She said she'd have Mike, owner, come out to check the unit I was telling her about and answer any questions I had. He was right on time and was great to explain everything in terms I could understand. He checked the unit and told me what was wrong and my options. I never at any time feel pressured to have it repaired or buy a new unit. I had all the information I needed to decide, and I took overnight to decide. He put a new part in my old unit, to get it up and running. He said he'd leave it in place while I was deciding what I wanted to do - repair or replace. My unit was about 20 years old, and was at the time not working. He was very nice and thoughtful and never pushy or intimidating. When the unit was installed several days later, a new thermostat was also installed. I was given instructions on it and how to set it up with my computer and cell phone. The old unit, and all the mess involved in the installation, was cleaned up and hauled away. I'd recommend this company to anyone. Great job and the nicest people."

"Great experience. Gary, the estimator showed up on time, evaluated the existing upstairs AC, and gave me two options to replace the evaporator coil and outside condenser with firm prices. Included in the estimates was also addition work I requested. All of the work was done the following Monday. The new unit is 2.0 SEER2 better than the old unit. Bradham Brothers included a new programmable thermostat with WiFi access. They also provided two new CO2 detectors. The county inspector was pleased with their work. All total, Bradham Brothers exceeded my expectations."

"Jim was outstanding - he knows everything there is to know about boilers and HVAC and was able to complete a project that others said was too difficult. Would definitely hire him again."

"I would use them again. They were really good I Installation of wood floor wouldn’t change anything honestly."

"Excellent professional, a very responsible person with his work. God continue to bless you. Thank you for installing the water heater. It turned out great."

"This was an insured call. AirServ responded after another company failed to correct the problem. From the office to David and his assistant, everyone could not have been more prompt, professional nor more concerned with restoring our heat. They take customer service to a whole new level."

"R&B is awesome. We met R&B Climate Control not long after purchasing a new home. We had lost Air Conditioning due to faulty wiring. We hired another company to fix our AC and they replaced a junction box for $300.00. This repair held for a couple of days. I was traveling for work when the unit went out again one evening. It was a hot summer night and my wife and kids were miserable in the heat. I found Russell the owner of R&B and he was there within the hour. He found the wiring problem was in our main circuit breaker, tightened the screw and was done for the cost of a service call. I have since referred R&B to friends saving them money. One of my neighbors was told by a competing company that they needed to replace their entire system because of a leak that did not exist. Russel fixed their unit for $75.00."
