"There was very little work to do. They came out on time and I was happy for the professionalism, but there was nothing to do because it's a brand new system. The service is free for a year. I could have had them come out in April to check the air conditioning system, but since they just installed the unit in April, I didn't bother, but it would have been free. This fall, when I called him to check the furnace, he thought he was coming out to check the air conditioning, I said, "no, you're here to check the furnace because I'm going to be using the heat this fall". He said, "no problem" and he checked that out, he said, "I feel like I'm not doing anything, I can still check the air conditioner", and I said, "if you want to, but I've been running it all summer and it's been great". I asked him there was a charge and he said, "no, the first year was free"."

"The work was performed quickly and professionally. Fil and his team kept me up to date with any unforeseen problems that came to light, and made a good effort to lay out the tile joints to balance the look of the installation. In general, I was pleased with how they did with the layout, but wished I had provided more direction so that the joints in the floor matched up better with the walls. As an Architect, I am more sensitive to this level of visual detail than most. Technically, the work was top notch.
Later, as I was re-setting the toilet II noticed a very thin hairline crack in one of the tiles so I called Rocca. They sent someone out quickly (on Good Friday) and replaced the cracked tile in no time.
