"Very quick and professional response from the company. Tech Curtis responded quickly, arrived on time, very knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue and repaired immediately. Would definitely hire again and recommend!"

"Josh and his team are best in class in Greensboro. Personable, honest and prompt. My in-laws were in town and my ac stopped working so I needed to get it repaired quick. Josh came over around 9pm to add Freon and recharge my 5 ton 15 year old unit. I recommend this company for any hvac, plumbing and electrical needs if you are in Greensboro."

"Excellent service! We had a problem with our HVAC unit that had persisted from the time we bought the house, almost 3 years ago. In fact, a discount was given us by the previous owner due to problems that existed with the HVAC system. Over a span of 2+ years we have had the unit looked at, serviced and repaired by three different companies, but each time the problem would eventually return. The technician from Miller services however, dug down until he identified the underlying issue that had been affecting the operation of the unit for years. From the time of the repair and through one of the hardest winters I have experienced in this state over the 67 years of my life, our HVAC system has performed flawlessly. I would recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC services of any kind."

"Vendor install a Honeywell 7200 series thermostat in my new home, but I decided to upgrade to a 6580 WiFi unit. I did all the work myself but couldn't get the A/C to work. I called Honey well who referrred me to Enhanced Heating and A/C. I called them at 3:45 PM on a Friday afternoon and got a live person who said someone will call me back after I presented the problem I had. Around 4 PM I got a call from Sean who helped me out with the wiring and the A/C is now working."

"Came out fast, found the issue and had it fixed in good time. The office kept me up on progress and the price was very fair. The tech was well appointed, polite, and kept a clean area. On my list as our seasonal checkups with our heat/ac unit."

"I have had a service agreement with them for several years where they come to service my system in the spring and fall. They usually also do preventive maintenance and it has worked very well. I have stuck with them as they seem dependable and they are here when they say they are going to be. They seem to have the least expensive contract in the area.Their service agreement gets me priority if something goes wrong. And gives me a discount on parts and labor."

"Apex is the most compassionate company of people I have ever delt with. They came out on a Sunday to help me with my heat pump and they work with you on payment. Excellent and professional."

"Everything was wonderful the job was done in a timely manner and he even cleaned up the small items that fell on the floor. A+ service I will hire again."

"This company is fantastic. I have used them for the past 7 years since relocating to North Carolina and they have always completed the work in a timely, cost effective manner. We have had the privilege of working with the same Service Tech. (David) that entire time. In my experience as a homeowner (35+ years) that is unheard of. David is on time for appointments (or calls is running late or early), quickly responds to emergency heating/cooling situations, and looks for repair solutions that will take care of the issue for the least possible cost. It is reassuring to "know" your tech. and have a good feeling about the job he is doing. We also have an annual service agreement with Duggins. We have two furnaces (one electric and one gas) and two a/c systems. Their annual service fee, in my opinion, is very reasonable. He spends whatever time necessary to do the job right. Our home was new construction and in the first couple of years we had a major repair to the system. Duggins did not do the original install but reached out to the manufacturer to make sure that the warranty work was covered. This may not seem like a big deal, but I was not aware the unit was still under warranty, and would have paid for everything - I do not believe all companies would even check about the warranty. I have no reservations recommending Duggins based on 7+ years personal experience with them!"

"It went really well. Ken and his team worked really hard relaxing my AC unit. (Especially in the heat). They are reliable and dependable. Appreciate the good service provided. Did a great job. Pricing was very good. Thank you!!"
