"Stonewyn rebuilt our exterior stairwell concrete block retaining wall that was bulging in, cracked, and with drainage/moisture issues. This included demolition, rebuilding with new concrete blocks, installation of drainage system including pipes and gravel, and clean up. Their work exceeded expectations. The owner and crew were lighting quick in starting and completing the work, extremely knowleadgeable, professional, and friendly treating us like family. They kept us informed of progress on the project, and explained each phase. All work complied with city code requirements. Pricing was fair andreasonable. Highly recommend."

"It went great - I talked with Jeff for a long time about our boiler system and a few issues we've been having (main one that the third floor radiator doesn't give off heat, and secondarily that there are a few valves we'd like replaced) and the general state of our system. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully and priced several improvements and services for me. There was no hard sell and I learned more about our heating system. We've used them before and will again."

"It took 4 visits over a 2 week period. The last visit was necessary because the wiring was done incorrectly on the third visit and another technician had to come and fix the work. The first technician didn't tell me there was a problem; I had to find that out myself. The price quoted by the first technician was not honored by the company, even though customer service reps said the company would go by the technician's cost estimate. Multiple calls to the company's customer service reps were unsuccessful. The best they'd say is they'll use this for future training, to ensure it doesn't happen again. I was unable to speak with someone in charge about the manner. CS staff acted bored by my concerns about the quality of work and the overcharging and declined to address either issue. The poor quality of work and poor attitude have me reconsidering using this company in the future and am looking at other heating and cooling companies. The second technician was terrific; just not sure it's enough to counteract the hours and hours the first technician spent here (and didn't fix the problem/left it not working) and lousy customer service reps (I spoke with several different ones; they were all pleasant but equally indifferent)."

"I had a mini-split AC/Heat unit installed in my second floor bedroom to supplement my central AC. The second floor room is directly under the eaves of the house so wall space was a challenge. The house also has brick facade which added to the challenges. I hired Gorjanc Comfort Services, to install a 24,000 BTU mini-split ductless AC/heat unit and I couldn't be happier. The installation team arrived on time, were professional and friendly and completely cleaned up after themselves to the point of vacuuming the bedroom area where the inside part of the unit was installed. They went over basic operation of the unit answered my questions and were top-notch professionals from start to finish on the project."

"Service person was pleasant and communicated well. He performed services as described in deal, but failed to prevent accumulation of dust around work areas. Especially bad was the heated cellar where the overhead registers in the ducts were not closed to prevent gritty dust accumulation on furniture and floor and clothing in the laundry area. The house required considerable vacuuming and surface dusting to clean up the mess.
The service person provided guidance in selection of a more efficient air filter for the furnace.
After a few days the treatment did reduce the amount of airborne dust and reduced symptoms of allergies.
