"My central heat/air system was installed in 2013 and I had ongoing
problems with the drain line getting blocked. The original installer
was unable (or unwilling?) to address the problem and wanted to charge
me a $75 service fee every time they came out. I called Air 4 U when I
was without air conditioning in June. They came out the same day (a
Sunday!) and made a serious attempt to address the problem. When it
turned out more work was needed, they came out the next day at no
additional charge. I've had no problems since. I appreciated their
promptness and reasonable price. Most of all, they solved the problem

"During the cold snap in January my heater failed to
function.  I called CSMP and explained my
problem.  Talked with the owner and he
said he would have someone out  today to
look at it.  They called back and said they
would be out in two hours.  The
technician Anthony took care of the problem in short order.
Since the house is new to us and it was apparent had be remodeled multiple times and the previous craftsmanship was something less desirable. Even though the heating and cooling unit was less than 2 years old the poor workmanship also showed in the heating and cooling ducting.  The current ducting was at least 15 years old and sized improperly had multiple kinks and holes in it. We made arrangement with Anthony to return and give an estimate the following day to correct the problems found.
He returned the following day at the time scheduled spent a couple of hours and provided a Quote at the end.
Also in talking with Anthony I will more than likely have CSMP come out on a yearly basis to service the unit.
