"Great customer service and done an excellent job with the installation and set up for my new HVAC unit!"

"I will definitely rely on Parthenon Plumbing for future needs. They were quick to respond, the service was excellent, and the follow up was prompt and everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional."

"Their guys have gotten younger and less experienced. They were kind of tag teaming and I had to watch them quite a bit, but they did do what I asked. They did want to cut some corners as far as taking some grill covers off and cleaning the vents. That part I wasn't happy about, but I'd still probably use them again but have to supervise them a little. I had used them several years before. I had a brand new house and the roof was leaking down on to the the HVAC system in the attic. This guy he took all the time in the world to show me where i need to look at on the burners, the switches, why the plug was not working..etc. He went into detail to educate me, know they got a crew that's younger and less experienced. Their availability was good. They did come out on a short notice. I thought the price was good, it was average. We had two units, which was $45 a unit. It was a good deal."

"Our heat pump had not been working correctly since we purchased the home 3 years ago. I finally called JSM Heating and Cooling. We had a fast response and found that unit was wired incorrectly. Very reasonable rates. Will definitely use again."

"Prompt response and quick repair"

"They have done the installation on my garbage disposal. They also maintain my heating and air. They have a plan where for $99 a year you get three visits a year. I am really pleased with them. If they have an emergency they can't to you right away."

"DeWayne and Anthony at DNA Heating & Cooling were excellent! Weeks before they began working on my home DeWayne answered my many, many questions to give me greater peace of mind about the particular unit I was purchasing and how they would be installing it along with the ductwork system. While working on the unit they were always super professional, kind, and worked very hard to figure out some tricky things particular to my home and how it was built. it's very clear that they're both extremely knowledgable and using their knowledge to help people get the best bang for their buck! i'm extremely thankful that i chose DNA Heating & Cooling to replace my HVAC Unit, ductwork system and work on several other projects. I'm confident no one else out there could have knocked out as many of my home repairs at such a good price and quality of work and materials used. Please do use them for any of your HVAC needs!"
