"We are subscribers to their prepaid maintenance program. As usual their technicians did an excellent and thorough job of checking out our heating system and performing any maintenance that they saw was necessary."

"Jessica from Pronto did a great job with our two HVAC systems. Professional service and insightful advice."

"It went better than I could have imagined. All the other calls I made required a repair technician appointment and a separate salesperson appointment. Vitaliy the HVAC Doctor was extremely knowledgeable -- able to repair our old A/C enough to get us through until the new A/C was installed AND get us set up with a new one. We got a great new 2-stage A/C at a terrific price. Vitaliy really knows HVAC, and did a super job. Also, he has an incredible work ethic. He fit us in on short notice on a Saturday, and took his time answering all our questions. Once we were satisfied with the solution, he fixed everything by headlamp in the dark. He made sure we never felt pressured or rushed. We absolutely have a new favorite HVAC company."

"We are very satisfied with the minisplit system installation. The equipment works great. The installation team did a fantastic job explaining what they were going to do, getting it done and cleaning up before they left."

"They retrofit a central air conditioner in our 1920s house with radiant heat (no existing duct work) and it looks great. It is February so the AC canâ  t be run yet, but I expect it to work great. They worked quickly and left with the house just as clean as when they arrived! Thank you Hero!"

"Jim advised us on the options- which were to either repair and hope to get another winter's use from our furnace, or replace it while the weather was still mild and avoid a potential emergency situation.  We also called other contractors in the HVAC business- but they were all priced higher and didn't seem too concerned about wanting our business(2 didn't even call back).  Jim was very professional, his work was top-notch and you could tell that he cared about what he was doing.  Very knowledgeable and good follow-up to make sure we were happy.  He even provided us with all of the completed paperwork to qualify for energy tax credits.  Overall- just a great experience... since then, we have recommended Jim and his company to several relatives and friends- and they all have had the same type of experience."

"Wonderful! Very professional, answered my questions and got the work done in a timely manner. Courteous, helpful and local. Hoffman Cooling & Heating was a familiar name for me and I was pleased at the great job they did! I’d recommend them!"

"I had an old water heater (was in the house when I moved in about 20 years ago) and it started to leak. After shutting off the water to the water heater, I did a little Angie's List research to find a company to do the replacement. I called a couple and decided to use Randy Lane, based on cost and my interaction with them, which I felt was cordial and helpful, and made an appointment.
The service person arrived on time on the day of the appointment and went to work. He disconnected the old heater and hauled it out. The new heater was brought in and he did the needed plumbing work to connect the water and also made the natural gas connections. He fired up the unit and briefed me on the new unit - how to turn-off the water and gas, if needed, temperature, etc.
The area was left in the same condition as when he arrived.
