Overall Feedback: This is the second time I have used Wade Heating and Cooling and will continue to use them in the future. Felt like they treated me as part of the “Wade” family. Crew Feedback: If you get the opportunity to choose your crew I would highly recommend Brian and Russ as installers for the job. This is the second time I had Brian as the main installer and he is absolutely terrific. Very detailed and takes the time to walk you through what they are planning to do to ensure you are comfortable and then execute based on your preferences (if they might be slightly different). This was my first time with Russ but he was very professional as well and thought he did a great job as well. Product Feedback: Wade is a “certified installer” of Carrier product and although more expensive than getting a Rheem/Rhud system I have enjoyed the quality and conditioning power of a Carrier system."

"A regular furnace and air conditioning maintenance check on Wednesday, January 13 revealed that the heat exchanger was failing on our 17-year-old furnace.  There were other problems as well.  The condition was unsafe and we decided to replace the furnace and the air conditioning unit which had been installed at the same time, to take advantage of financial incentives and improved efficiency.  We've dealt with Homer Nine for many years, and they were willing to install the furnace immediately, on an emergency basis.  The day after the furnace check, January 14, they customized the sheet metal ductwork and installed a new furnace.  They came back the following Monday, January 18, they returned and installed a new air conditioning unit.  On every occasion, they were punctual and courteous, and described what they were doing.  They cleaned up completely.  This is why we've dealt with them exclusively for many years - a very professional company which treats its customers very well.

"In October the boiler that provides both heat and domestic hot water to my house expired and could not be repaired. Climatech and one other reputable company came immediately to determine my house's heating requirements and bid on a modern replacement boiler. Climatech was substantially less expensive and they were nice enough to juggle their installers' schedule so that I could get the new system installed ASAP as I had no heat or hot water for several weeks. The new system is much quieter than the old system, is more energy efficient, heats the house better and takes up much less space in my basement. This was an expensive project but I am very pleased with the value received and the service provided."

I was very pleased with how knowledgeable and honest the technician was. He could have done the repairs for $2000+, but if we needed work in the future, nobody would be able to fix it, so we're very happy that we hired someone who is going to give us all the facts up-front. "The service guys were great. South Hills took the order, but the service guys admitted they had never worked on a pool heat pump in his 35 yrs. of servicing. He said he would do his best to figure the problem out. Two men worked for 2 hrs., but were unable to rectify the issue. They charged me the minimum of $109. The service guys were wonderful, but said there company should never have taken the order."

They inspected the system  and determined the ductwork was improperly installed. they suggested installing new insulation on the ductwork. work was performed and the problem was corrected
