They had two more jobs to get to, so they will come back to try other solutions and to address another issue. We also asked about replacing a faucet, they gave us a quote, which was pretty expensive, and they were totally cool with not doing that piece. I appreciate being told what doesn't really need to be done as well as what does. I would totally recommend this team and this company to others. And, I felt totally respected as a woman. "Bill was on time (early actually) and was well into inspecting the septic system when I arrived. Bill pointed out all important components to the septic and well water. Inside the house, Bill was very thorough througout the inspection, it lasted about 3 hours, maybe a bit more. At the end there was quite a list of things that needed to be done, however Bill was able to organize and prioritize the list to take back to the seller as to which problems needed to be addressed immediately, and potential costs for me down the road. Bill was very clear about some things needing an extra look at- for example the electrical panel and chimney needed another set of eyes, he didn't try to cover up the fact that he wasn't an expert in those fields and I appreciated that. Bill was able to provide myself and my realtor with reputable companies to follow up with. At the end Bill gave me a book to read to inform me more about homeownership, and is providing me with a timely detailed report including pictures for my records. All in all Bill was a very knowledgeable inspector, thorough and professional. I would absolutely hire Bill again.

"The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
