"The technicians were fantastic, they did an excellent job. They did not BS me and they even walked me through how to fix my outside spicket and my new jet pump works perfectly. There was a water leak after they installed the pump, however, that is because my water pressure in my home almost tripled and the fittings needed to be replaced on my RO. An area of improvement is the administration. I requested that the technicians arrive before 12 not after 12. I moved all of my meeting to the afternoon to accommodate this. It ended up not being a big deal, but I also noticed that the technicians did not have the equipment they needed to perform the job as the quoting process was not accurate."
