"We can't even begin to tell you how happy we are with the work that was done on our home. Our house went from being the "ugly duckling" of our street to the "beautiful swan" after Roman's crew was done with our home. Bill, Rob and Evan were the men who did our front porch, and it's what sets the look for the house. I could not have asked for three finer men who were a pleasure to get to know, and appreciate their workmanship. The guys would show up around 6:30am, and were ready to begin at 7am. They had the old porch torn off in a day, and over the next several days, an entirely new porch was framed and the most beautiful wood was used for the new flooring, along with white vinyl railings. They also put in my new front door and storm door to complete the project. For the siding, gutters, downspouts, soffit & fascia, I've not seen men work this hard and tirelessly in a long time. Fredericko and Jose would show up around 8am every day, and work until they had no daylight left to work in. The finished product looks incredible, and we are so grateful for the hard work the men put in to transforming our home. I've attached photos to the review so that you can see the amazing transformation of our home. "Bob and his team did a great job renovating our bathroom. There were a couple minor snags (as would be expected), but they handled them promptly and professionally. The finished product looks great. Bob (the owner of Avalon) was very responsive and honest. Couldn't be happier overall."

"During a day when everyone in Pittsburgh was having a leak, they were the only ones to call me back. They came that afternoon to stop the leak and rip out the small area of dry wall. They replaced the part of the roof that needed to be fixed within a week and also repaired the affected area inside the house within a week. I had to call them a few times to remind them to come back to finish the work, but the owner was very sick, so he had a good reason. The job was reasonably priced and they did an A+ job. Highly recommend.

"Jeremy was punctual and professional. The appointment was easy to make with fast scheduling. I received an in-depth presentation and walk through of my home. He was very responsive to my questions and family's needs. There was no pressure to buy or add equipment I did not want or need. My new system was installed two days later. Larry the technical adviser was amazing. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He installed my system with no problems. He took the time to give us a lesson on how to use the app and new system. A few days later I had a question and he responded right away. I loved the system so much, that I referred my mother. Her system was installed a week later. He offered a very good price that was almost half the price of other estimates that I received. His workers were very professional, personable, and did a superb job from start to finish. "Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"The first group went pretty well, only a minor issue or so which we then were prepared to avoid in the second installation. But, the second group was not the same experience and if we would have known this, we would have gone with another company who sold the same window. There were issues from being hounded to upgrade this group to having to contact the company as communication was poor once the order was placed to final payment questions and now a total blowing off the problem. There are product problems from a screen which was cut during installation which was promised to get a replacement in a few weeks to two window sections that have a coating issue which nothing has been done at all about resolving this. It is now 5 weeks and the last communication was a couple weeks ago that the screen was not in yet which we had to continuing try to get a response from the owner Rod McCullough just for this information. Rod needs to stand behind the products he sells and realize customers do not want to hear about his internal problems."

"I bought this as a package of f "The Big Deal".  My biggest problem was a gap under the front door at my rental property.   My tenant told me that this is much better.  For many of my windows, they told me they were too old and would have to be replaced which is probably legitimate.  They sent me a quote which I considered on the high side from past experience so I did not use them for that.  They were prompt and professional.
