"I found them extremely helpful. They answered all my questions and set an at appointment time that worked for me. They repaired A/C evaporator drain, cleaned coils and checked overall condition of the A/C unit. Alltech Solutions technicians are knowledgeable and perform quality work. "We received several quotes when we needed to replace our AC, we decided to go with Sears because of their reputation, longevity and price. They scheduled the installation within a few days, even in the middle of summer in Phoenix. The Tech did take a little longer then expected but it wasn't his fault that our old unit was rusted in place. He stayed until the job was done and made sure everything was operating properly. We are very happy with our new unit and would recommend them."
