"I have dealt with this company a few times now and I have found them to be extremely reliable and courteous. They do what they say and show up promptly. I would definitely use this company again for any heating or AC jobs. I would recommend them highly."

"Kevin was great! The rest of the company not so much. Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

"You will not be disappointed with Kyle and company. Replaced old AC unit with a new AC/heat pump system. After the deposit Kyle didn't ask for any money until the job was DONE! AND...while other companies jacked up the price for a heat pump system, Kyle was on the nose. You won't be disappointed at all!!!!"

"Went above and beyond. Great job"

"Awesome! Joe was a pleasure to work with. No hidden fees or charges. Great communication. Very patient. Would highly recommend him. Will definitely call Joe again!"

"Hired pro for hot water on demand maintenance of beads. Heat pump today had preventative maintenance check up."

"The entire experience from the discussions with the company rep Scott O, to the completion of the installation was excellent. The installers were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The Mitsubishi unit itself is an excellent product. Cools quickly, quietly, and is multifunctional. The installers Brian and Moses did the job in a courteous, knowledgeable and efficient manner. All stages of the job went smoothly. Functions of the unit and use of the remote were explained thoroughly and a booklet was provided that reinforces the information. Cleanup was excellently done. I am very pleased with the communication with Scot O choosing the product to be installed, getting questions answered as well as with the knowledgeable, courteous and efficient installers. I highly recommend Elm Air Conditioning."
