"I got six estimates and John of Woodcrest Floors was the last contractor I contacted and I'm so glad I did. John was prompt for our estimate meeting and I found him to be fair with his price and very personable. We set a date for the start of the project and John and his team were right on time. All open areas were dust could go were covered, as well as floors that were not being worked on. Three bedrooms, including the closets were being refinished, as well as the living room.  In addition wood transition molding was installed in the living room. Orginally, John indicated that the project would take about four days. He and his team were finished in two days to our complete satisfaction. A day or two after completion of the work I did notice an area in a closet that had been missed. I contacted John, we set a date and he returned and took care of the area. "Smart Tile was quick to respond to my request to have my granite counter tops cleaned & sealed. We setup a date and time to have the work done. I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. Lorenzo was professional at all times and I could tell by the way that he worked he is an experienced craftsman. I would definitely use Smart Tile for any granite/tile work that I may need in the future."
