They were on time each day, very hard working and did an excellent job of tiling the shower and installing the glass and our new tub which required moving the drain in the slab. They removed all debris associated with the job. They were very courteous and efficient. Cash Edinger, co-owner of Paul's Tile, oversaw the project and did an excellent job of keeping me informed of each day's schedule. He followed up on the work each day and made sure everything was done correctly and that I was pleased with the work. All in all it was an excellent experience. I would recommend Paul's Tile to my friends if they needed similar work done. They also supplied an excellent drywall man for another project."

They were on time and completed the work.  However, the measured incorrectly and I had much to much linoleum left over.

Also, they took the wood trim near the floor off around all the rooms where they replaced the flooring.  They replaced the wood trim after the install but left it tacky and told me I need to repaint it.  I had just had it painted a few weeks before.

It took an act of Congress to get them to come back out and repaint the trim.  However, they only painted it in the kitchen and eating area.  They would not repaint in the two bathrooms

"We hired them to replace/replace interior and exterior doors. Not only did they do the job exceptionally well, staff was absolutely amazing. Jeff helped us with specific guidance and kind professionalism. They do EVERYTHING- except gutters. "When I arrived home from work, the existing driveway had been removed. A new section had been poured. The next section did not have the proper prep work performed. I had them prepare the ground properly on this section. I was told that the section that was already poured had been prepared properly. The third cement truck load was late in arriving by several hours. As a result, that section did not match (color) the shade of the previous two sections. The finish we had agreed upon was a washed limestone with a red sand finish. The third load was a lot lighter than the previous two loads. Mr. Evans said that the shades of the two pours would match in a couple of years. A representative from Sardis Ready Mix (the concrete company) was called out and offered to replace that load of concrete at no cost. However, Mr. Evans was reluctant to tear out what he had just poured and replace it. In the end he did so. Some of the lines seperating the sections are not straight and the finish has a few low spots & rough spots. Also, dirt from the prep work was piled in the yard, killing the grass and clogging a rain water run off drain. The concrete from the section he replaced was piled in the yard destroying plants and grass. We now have hired a lanscaper to come repair our yard."

"I contacted Morales Drywall in October of 2023. He came and quoted/gave an estimate. I also inquired about painting and flooring in which he advised he had workers for those services. I hired Morales Drywall (Gerardo Morales) and was provided 3 invoices for all services to be done. I ordered material and was on contact with Morales from the start of my project. When the materials were delivered I contacted Morales and he came over to move the material into my addition and started work immediately. There was a hiccup in the process that took time to get done before Morales could start back after being told he had to stop the installation of insulation and sheetrock. We were in communication with each other throughout the whole process by either text or phone call. Morales called me on January 27th to confirm if I still needed the work done and just checking up on the status of the process. I advised him I would be ready that week as I heard from the company that they would be providing me the letter to be able to proceed with the project. I reached out to him on January 29th with these details. Morales responded back on January 30th and said to let him know when I'm ready and thanks. I responded back on February 2nd through text message that I received the letter for the project to proceed, I didn't get a response so I called him later that day and phone was going straight to voicemail. I called again on February 3rd and the phone was still going to voicemail. I emailed the email address listed on Angi. I found him on Next door and reached out as well, no response. I called for 6 different phone numbers and the phone still goes to voicemail."
