I have several quotes documented and will provide evidence to anyone who asks to prove my point...of course these scumbags will dispute my story...but I own the facts. "I had tried to bleed the air out of my hot water baseboard system, and apparently have no idea what I'm doing and overpressurize my system to the point it popped the gauge off and stopped working. Called John, and he was there in short time, fixed all the damage I cause, actually taught me how to do things right, and was very fair about price. It's not often you find a plumber that responds, arrives quickly, does a great job, and is honest about price and helps you understand your system, even if it means that's less calls for his service. I would recommend him to anyone, and is the only plumber I'll call."
