Addition Contractors in Surfside, CA

"Really great experience after hiring Platinum! We had a great experience when we started to get their help regarding kitchen renovation. At first, I was very afraid with the thought of a time consuming and difficult process of kitchen remodeling. However, the project manager resolved all my concerns with the matter. This company has some mind blowing ideas and thus gave me a beautiful kitchen within very short period of time. I will always be grateful to them for their excellent services."

"Stop your search now, you've found the contractor you should go with, you will not be disappointed! This is the second project I've had Ben and his team do at my house and they knocked it out of the park again. This time around they remodeled two bathrooms and put in a new hall closet. They were rock stars throughout the entire project. There wasn't a single time that any reasonable request I made was denied. This was a huge load off my shoulders when dealing with such permanent decisions that comes with bathroom remodels. They were very patient and understanding as I ran into several supply issues that were out of my control during the project as well. It's very obvious that he's had years of experience with construction. His attention to detail and his forethought allowed my wife and I to rest easy knowing that they would always be able to bring up potential issues as well as offer us solutions to issues that we were going to run into many steps down the line."

"Awesome job. Professional, quick and exceptional performance. The guys were quick, courteous and I couldn't have asked for anything better."

"We recently had OC Home Builders, Inc. remodel our primary bedroom, primary bathroom, and several other areas of our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! They completely reconfigured the space and brought our vision to life by building a beautiful hybrid tub and walk-in shower combination that we had always envisioned. One of our favorite features is the Tadelakt plaster they applied to all of the bathroom walls and ceilings, which gives the space the luxurious, high-end look we were hoping for. We truly enjoyed the entire process of working with OC Home Builders. Their team was professional, attentive, and great to work with from start to finish. We also appreciated that they are a family-owned business and took such pride in their work. We’ve included before-and-after pictures so you can see the incredible transformation! We would highly recommend OC Home Builders, Inc. to any friends or family looking for a quality construction and remodeling company. We would abs"

"I am so happy that after 2 years of interviews and interviews, I found Newland Construction Company to do the work. I was impressed from the beginning how meticulously Terry was. I finally found the people that I feel comfortable of putting our home into their hands. They know what they are doing, they worked hard and clean I will hire them over and over without any hesitation. I was impressed at every step of the work they did right from the drawing. The price and, the breaking down of payments was great. The communication was wonderful and I am very happy with my new bedroom and bathroom."
