Even though they had a 20-point inspection and cleaning list to do for a small flat fee, they were meticulous and did not rush anything. In fact, when it came to monitoring refrigerant levels, James took several readings to establish correct information. At all times, James took the time to explain his work and process, answering my many questions politely and professionally. Faced with a possible expensive repair, James did troubleshooting to establish that it was a faulty part. Instead of trying to get me to pay him for the part and repair, he advised me that the part was still under warranty and to contact the people who installed it. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
