Energy services group was able to drill large holes in the ceiling & outside wall and spray in insulation. Then plug the holes and spackle. Replaced canister lights with led ones. They explained to my wife what they were going to do before it happened. Then said what they actually were able to accomplish. Great communication. Quick to schedule. Cleaned up after themselves. A quality company"

"Ben, the owner, came to our home for a total evaluation of how we might improve comfort and save energy. The focus and area of most concern was the basement, where air leakage was causing some first-floor rooms to feel colder than others. Kyle and John spent roughly seven hours using spray foam at accessible rim joists, lining the walls of the crawl space, and adding insulation to two exterior doors. Since it has been only a week, we don't know if we will see monetary saving, but we are pleased that our first level floors no longer have the cold spots. Due to the poorly devised network of duct-work in our home, only so much can be done. But after assessing, they did play with the dampers, and it definitely made a little positive difference. We only paid for the Angie's List coupon for the tune up special. They charged us nothing more for problem solving and adjusting dampers. Thank you!"

"My home, which was built in 1999,  had an undersized 3-ton Armstrong system that struggled to cool the house on the hottest days.  I did my research and decided on a new Bryant system.  Initially, I got two other estimates before calling Bruce Harmon.  Both of the other contractors were happy to put bigger 4-ton systems in my house.  The problem was, the home builder had also put undersized duct work in my house and neither contractor bothered to do a "Load J" calculation to determine that.
Bruce Harmon was the only contractor of the three that resisted going bigger system-wise without first making sure the duct was big enough via the Load J.  We scheduled an evening when he came out and did his airflow calculations to determine I actually needed a 3.5-ton system in conjunction with some duct modifications to increase airflow and properly cool the house in the summer.  Bruce's estimate was significantly lower than the others even including the substantial duct changes in my basement, plus adding a supply and return to the first floor.  He even submitted the PECO rebates on my behalf.  Bottom line: The new system works great!  Mark me down a very satisfied customer that would highly recommend Harmon Heating and Air Conditioning.

". the work was being done was  at best puzzling and cast a shadow over the entire experience. What makes this review diffulcut is that I want to give higher marks for the work that was done since we have not had any problems to date but the fact that even after they called to set up one last visit to tie up some remainig concerns they never showed up and this makes it diffulcult to have positive feelings. Questions about the supposedly HOME SURGE PROTECTION system and WARRANTY and how to handle any future issues regarding it have never been explained or paperwork supplied. When it is so hard to reach the boss it creates  an environment of distrust be it real or imagined.
