"I called Coolray to make an appointment to have our ducts checked as there are two upstairs vents that did not have good air flow. Our mechanical room which houses our HVAC unit has also been very cold and the pilot light on our water heater which is in the same mechanical room keeps getting blown out. I spoke to Erin and explained the problem stating that it seems like one of more of the ducts may be leaking air into the mechanical room causing the water heater pilot light to be blown out frequently and resulting in poor airflow to two of the upstairs room vents. Erin scheduled an appointment for the next day with a senior technician, Tom Nguyen. Erin called me the next morning to state that he was delayed at another job and provided a new estimated arrival time. Tom Nguyen then called to let me know that he would arrive withing 30 minutes. When Tom arrived, I explained that the living/dining room and one of the bedrooms do not get much airflow from the floor vents. Tom felt the flow at these vents and then went down to the mechanical room to inspect the HVAC unit and the ductwork. He said that the cool temperature in the Mechanical room around the HVAC unit is perfectly normal and does not mean that there is any kind of leak in the duct work. He checked all the ductwork and found all properly connected with no leaks. Tom determined that the airflow from the kitchen vent was stronger than the rest. Tom closed the damper to the kitchen allowing more air to enter the bedrooms and living room. Tom checked the air flow in each room and found that the system was doing a better job cooling the living room and bedrooms. I appreciate the time and effort Tom took to understand and find a solution to my problem. Tom was very professional, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He solved the problem quickly and efficiently. I received a voice message today from Erin asking whether we are completely satisfied with the work performed yesterday. I am grateful for the excellent customer service received from both Erin and Tom. I will happily recommend Coolray to any family member or friend in need of cooling services."

"Casteel installed my new Furnace and AC over 2 years ago, and I had a question about the air return. When you take a new furnace and connect it to the existing air return in the wall, sometimes or all the time they are not a great match. I had a question about it and ended talking to Michael the service manager. He decided to send out Chuck because of his experience. Chuck started by checking the circuit board inside the furnace to make sure that all of the settings were correct. Then Chuck suggested a high volume air return grill for inside the house. Several weeks later Bobby Lee came out with the grill. Now with the grill off Bobby could see how the installers had to make the transition from my old wall to the new furnace. Bobby suggested changing the duct work to better fit the new furnace. I talked to Michael again and he had a meeting with Chuck and Bobby and they came up with a plan to make the air flow better. Chuck and Jeremy showed up with sheet metal and insulation. They took apart the air return completely, and made everything new. They were here for several hours. It looked like it was done the best possible, and it was. For my job I did Kitchen & Bath Cabinet service for the last 23 years, and when I went into my customers house I fixed their cabinets like it was my Moms house. That is how Chuck and Jeremy worked. When you call Casteel the operator says that they want to take Amazing care of you, and they do."

"The salesman (John Melton) was very professional and recommended a whole unit replacement, due to the gas heat being over 20 years old, he assured me that the replacement unit would work well for me. The installers (Jon Meyer and Alfredo Calvillo) were great. They were on time, very courteous, and they cleaned up and removed everything. "Our hot water heater began leaking from inside of the unit.  The existing unit was very old and needed to be replaced.  After researching Angie's List, I made a purchase for a replacement hot water heater with Henson Mechanical HVAC and Plumbing.  Henson Mechanical reached out to me later that day to schedule my replacement, and to verify information about my existing setup.  They were able to send an installer out the very next day. <br /> Prior to his visit, Kurt Schmeisser called to inform me that he would be the person to install the new water heater.  Kurt was prompt, and extremely professional.  During the removal of the old unit, and the installation of the new unit, Kurt made sure not to damage anything in my house.  He made sure to put down plastic over runs of carpet in my basement to ensure that it was not soiled. <br /> Since it is now code, Kurt installed an expansion water tank.  This was included in the initial purchase price of the unit, and was not an unexpected and added expense. <br /> Before he departed, Kurt showed me how to manipulate the temperature of the tank.  He then demonstrated how to ignite the pilot light if there was ever a need. <br /> Through the entire process, Kurt was very polite and professional.  I would consider using Henson Mechanical HVAC and Plumbing for future projects. <br />"
