It took several consultations to get just the right door and windows selected, during which Matt was very helpful and patient. "Mike was on time for his 7:30pm appt. with us. He examined the two kitchen windows very thoroughly and the rest of the house. He advised us there was much rot on the kitchen bay window as well as the other kitchen window. I feel we got a course of window 101 from Mike. He advised us the reason they weren't opening due to the rot and settling of the home. I feel he was very informative and extremely honest with us! He spent about an hour of his time and wouldn't take any payment. He also gave a name of another window person that could help us get the job done."

"John and his crew are very efficient, courteous, and easy to work with.  If you are looking for someone to get a lot of things done in a timely manner...then he's your guy. They came in like gang-busters and had everything done on our list within a day and a half. Overall we are very pleased with the results.  However, he did have to come back and finish repair on a storm door.  This visit seemed hurried.  It looked fixed when he left but still does not close properly. That is the only disappointment we have.
