"I have been working with Alan for years and he has always been very reliable and in some cases, a life saver. It's important to have people you can count on when you have residential units with tenants moving in and out, and Alan is always there when I need him. In this last situation I have had abuse of the use of the laundry room so Alan secured it for me as well as changing 2 locks on a move out. In the past he has installed special security gate locks as well as changing all my locks on my move outs, which has to be done immediately. He has even come to my house on a Sunday when I lost my house key. He does a great job, his prices are reasonable and I trust him implicitly. And he's a really nice guy."

"Chris did a fantastic job. His work is first class, a real craftsman with attention to detail. His price if fair and he honored the agreement. Installing replacement windows in an 80 year old house is not an easy job. Chris provided a suggestion for a manufacturer which proved great. He has extensive knowledge in window and door replacement and was a pleasure to work with. We are happy."

"both doors fixed; one door broke a week later, but they came out and fixed again for no charge."

"Owner and helper (son?) were on-time and efficient in replacing the worn parts in my twenty year old door.  It now glides open with a gentle push instead of having to be yanked.  They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite in doing the work.
I thought the $325 was a bit high for this job but I didn't have time to get another quote.  I have since seen their advertisement in the local paper for a "Summer Special" of a Regular Roller Repair for $99 which I believe is more in-line with other vendors.  Although my job did require a track replacement which added a bit more cost and complexity to the job.

"I have used Kincaid Development Inc. since approximately 2012 for many projects here at Shepherd Realty Group & Property Management. Joe is very responsive and does what he says he will do. I would highly recommend him."

"Excellent, detailed work on all projects with reasonable prices initially hired for plastering work was so good hired Tony to repair a roof , patio renovation, stair renovation. Referred to neighbors"

"Great. Kevin did an excellent job installing 4 new interior doors, painted them nicely, and was very flexible in the scheduling of this work."

"This door never opened and closed more smoothly until John fixed it. Great job!"
