"I was very pleased with the professionalism and quality of the work performed by Israel, Edgar and Jose to troubleshoot the problem with my clogged gas dryer vent and disconnected exhaust pipe behind the dryer. Israel especially went out of his way to straighten out the problem with the outside attic vent cover and gave me some useful info on gas dryer vent checkup and maintenance. Their customer support team member was helpful in keeping me informed of my appointment date and time of arrival.
