"I did hire this company to fix my heating problem. Service was awesome! David from DR Air and Heat Services responded within minutes of my request for help. My heater went out in my home. The outside unit was iced over. I had no emergency heat. David determined that I had the wrong thermostats in my home. He quickly replaced and programmed the thermostats. He found a rusty water tray in my attic that was overflowing and rusty. The air filtration system was damaged and he is going to help me avoid a potential disastrous situation, had he not found this now. The water tray was overflowing and rusted. Mold was growing. I have heat tonight! Tomorrow or Saturday I will have a whole new system for a reasonable price. He is going to replace the tray and not charge for one of the thermostats (shhhh.). This is going to be a great experience. David is personable, explains things well and is an asset to this company. I cannot wait to get this taken care of. I did not realize what bad shape things were in. I cannot rave enough about the service I have received so far. Thanks so much!"

They provided same-day service (at end of June!) when the largest AC Service provider (you would recognize their name) could not schedule an appointment less than 10 days out. On top of that, Prime AC ended up replacing a 2.5 year old system which the "largest AC Service provider" installed previously which had a 1-year labor warranty. Watch out for those 1-year labor warranties, because it means the provider has no confidence in what they are installing! Prime AC recommended a solution to address the specific needs of my problem with a ten-year warranty, parts AND LABOR! They were very thorough with the install and the system works great. "We had three quotes for a new HVAC system since ours was original to the house (22 years old) and was failing.   They were middle of the road in price but were by far the most honest, fair and knowledgeable.   He could have easily recommended us replacing our evaporator coils that are 4 years old but he said we might as well save $2500 by keeping the ones we have since they are fine and use the new refrigerant.   He took the time to explain each system and what he would recommend for our house based on the readings he took.   He was the only one who actually measured our house and looked at our vents vs the others who just quoted based on what we previously had.   On the day of installation, they were on time and finished the job in 5 hours.   They were clean, efficient and professional.   We had used them previously for spring and fall maintenance and we will continue to do so...and will recommend them to anyone."

"First of all, I found them as a "Big Deal" last year, to come out and check out my A/C unit. They were very professional. They discovered a small freon leak, added some parts, and freon, and went on their way. I was impressed, wrote a nice review, and even recommended them to my son, and his wife, who used them to check out the A/C at their new(to them) house, recently. <br /> Well, before I could call them out for this year's check, my unit stopped blowing cold air. When they came out, it was discovered that the leak had gotten much worse, and given the cost of adding more of the old style freon(the unit was over 20 years old), I decided to replace the unit. They showed me it would be more efficient, for my heating, if I also went with a heat pump, so I opted for that, as well. The installers were there two days later, and quickly installed both the inside, and outside units. Now after they left, I discovered a water leak. The inside unit sits right over my bathtub, and it was dripping, fairly significantly. The first attempt to fix it didn't work, so Larry and his man came out, quickly discovered the real problem, which was a blocked condensate tube, and fixed it. While they were here, they also discovered that when the unit shut off, there was an odd grinding noise, which I'd noticed, but hadn't thought much about. They made an adjustment to the fan, and voila, no noise. Of course, there was no charge for this visit, and they even waived the original service call fee. In addition, the new unit included a programmable thermostat. <br /> Overall, I'm very impressed with Larry, and his company, and will continue to recommend them wherever possible. They are knowledgable, professional, do quality work, and when something does go wrong, they fix it as soon as possible. For any service company, it doesn't get any better than that. <br />"
