"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

My neighbor also got a discount which was nice of them. They sent numerous of emails with reminders and confirmations and details of what I should expect the day of the installation. I met the workers and they were professional and nice. I had many questions and they took their time to answer them. "I had purchased a big deal for the service. I had a little difficulty getting a hold of them, but when they showed up they were great, and did what they were supposed to do. I paid additional for the vents. I think they are probably market price. He worked hard. Everything was fine after I got a hold of them, but it was just the initial contact."

"First of all, it was too high of a price, and it froze up twice and they had to come back twice. I was not real happy, but it's working now. There was nothing I liked or disliked, it was just a brand new air conditioner and it froze up twice. When the heat hit, it was warm."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
