"Tech did a great job of cleaning and testing the equipment. However, a
piece of equipment that was tested was found to be faulty about a month
later. Though I had to pay for the service call and to have the part
replaced the tech refunded the price of the inspection and discounted
the part cost. This said I think the first tech DID do his job and WELL
but the part just failed. I was impressed that the company stood behind
their "your heating/cooling system will run well after tune up
guarantee". Additionally, both times techs came to the house they were
profession and courteous and explained everything they were doing and
answered all questions knowledgeably.  It was great to interact with
true HVAC Professionals.

This time they cleared out the dryer vent pipes which were severely stopped up. Not only did they clear the pipe but they went above & beyond to remedy the problem that caused the clog in the first place! "They did a great job.  Scott and Stacy showed up in their van wearing uniform shirts and were very professional.  They explained what they would do in the attic to service the A/C and answered all my questions regarding cooling, filters, etc.  They also cleaned and serviced the outside units.  They spent an entire afternoon and were careful in their work and left everything in order.  They were very hard working and I will use them again for the fall heating service.  They left a detailed invoice of the work they did so that I would have it for my warranty file.  I appreciate their hard work in this heat!"
