He did a great job installing the faucet, and went the extra mile working around an pre-existing installation issue. He completed the furnace checks efficiently.  He gave his honest opinion on what humidifier system would work best in our home and didn't try to upwell us unnecessarily.  He gave us quotes on 3 different systems ranging from $500-$1000+.  He suggested the mid range system (which we have been very happy with)  He also did not try to sell us on a system for both of our furnaces - he explained that it was only necessary on 1 system.
