"Outstanding service. I called because my boiler was leaking and the after hours technician responded within 30 minutes of our call. Our coil plate and gasket were rotted and bolts had snapped and we decided that we would replace the boiler because ours was 16 years old. We spoke with the owner and sales manager the following morning and were told that they would be happy to replace the boiler if that is what we wanted to do but they felt our boiler could be repaired at a fraction of the cost and no where near the end of it's usable life. So we decided to go for the repair and they were right, it worked like a charm! So instead of a $9,000 boiler and indirect replacement, we spent $472 and my boiler was up and running the next day. We have used Advanced Mechanical Services for our conversion from oil to natural gas and for our air conditioning installation. They have always been very professional, courteous, prompt and their pricing has always been competitive. I would highly recommend them."

"The representative came on time and listened carefully to my thoughts of a split ductless system. He suggested full house central air and showed me how it could be done, have ducts i stalled and cost less than a ductless system. His experience of over 20 years as a technician as well gave me a lot of confidence. He made a general proposal and came back in a few days for my convenience and I signed the contract. The duct crew finished in one day and were careful, explained things and left no mess. Then the ac was installed and tested in one day. Again polite, clearly communicated. Once the system started up late spring I am so glad I did this! No more noise from room ac, no shutting doors to keep one room cool. The humidity is normal and makes a huge positive difference. "They come on time and took shoes off as I requested. Two guy--Nick and Nick. Nick one used a vacuum clean all the ducts, only missed one, first floor and second floor. Nick two explain to me what a whole set of job will be --clean the duct, but one for one set in/out and mine has two small branches, he called 3 Mains/feeders. Then he'll need make small openings on the main/feeder ducts in order to use brush clean the inner surface. He also said there are animal hairs inside, need to be clean, mold need to be sanitized and I request a cut for easy insert the filter. It took them from 12 pm to 2 pm finish all. They also spread some protection for the rusted cover, due to the moisture. Nick is very patient with my questions. I also mentioned the dryer vent on the coupon, asked they to vacuum the basement near their work area since it's new carpet. They did it.
After all, I gave the coupon, which is $89 and check with $948. Now I realize I'm overpaid at least $89, if not more.

In one word, this is a really bad deal!! I end up pay more than other companies regular price and I'm not 100% trust if all of the "job" they listed are really needed."

"Did a good job cleaning and were professional. One issue was with clean up. They replaced screws for the vent covers but we kept finding screws in the carpet the next few days. We have small children and that could have been dangerous."
