"Scott did an excellent job. He was very professional and even made recommendations on how to improve the quality of air in our home, in addition he took his time and the pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for air duct cleaning."

"Computer had been acting up for a while but I kept putting off getting it fixed. After reading all the great reviews, I decided to give N.A.T.S. a call. So glad I did. Jim was able to resolve all my problems remotely - no drop off or pick up necessary - so convenient! I feel like I have a brand new computer, it runs so well and FAST too. I couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again. My only regret is that I didn't call him sooner.

"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."

"Service was ontime and in/out in 30 minutes,. I had asked for the stand alone fan to be placed under a ridge vent and was told that would require a ladder, and that was too much work. So they mounted it 1/2 way up by an gable opening on front of house. So now I have a fan mounted mid attic, trying to push air 3" away through a screen and levours where air is suppose to be incoming for the 8 roof mounted ridge vents. In my opinion a poor design and installation. Guess no one look or cares, just pays and assumes ok ?"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Not very well. Thought they did a decent job but nothing I could not have done myself. The next day when I had a house full of company the AC did not work properly. As it turned out the did not change the filter in the AC unit that was completely clogged with dirt after they cleaned all the ducts...I would think that would be a no brainer for them... I sent an e mail complaining and never heard back..
No, I would not use them again....sorry.."
