There were a few things, not related to the kitchen, that came up during the project, which I asked the team to address. They handled them and still were able to work on the kitchen project. "Everything went pretty good. We had a few hiccups but it didn't bother us because we were not in a hurry. The project started on Oct 16, 2017. It did not really get completed till right before Thanksgiving which was Nov 23, 2017. The installer, Larry was very good and very nice. Dale personally came out to the house AT LEAST once a day if not 2 or 3 times. He really watched and managed our project, which really put us at ease. He is very much a perfectionist and stands behind the products and his work and will not have the project complete until everything is done to the utmost standard. Dale also called and emailed us to keep us up to speed with what was going on. We absolutely love the finished product. Since we were not familiar with what to do, Dale walked us through this step by step, explaining everything in detail. I changed some of my original colors the next day and he was happy to make the changes since he had not ordered any of the product yet. He has been doing this a long time and it shows because he really knows what is going on. Yes, I would definitely recommend Dale, Larry and the entire company to anyone looking to have this type of work done. They were recommended to me by a friend who was also VERY happy with their work. Please realize they are probably not the cheapest, but in the long run, I feel like they were the best bet for our money because I know the job was done right and I do not have to worry about anything falling apart or being sub standard. Since they also do windows, I had an issue with one of my windows (which they did not do) and Dale personally helped me and showed me what was wrong and how to fix it. Just another plus for this company."

"Wanted to fix the problem caused by large Pine and Magnolia Tree leaves continually clogging gutters causing periodic water damage. Decided to install good quality Gutter Guards and fix the current water damage.
Al kept me informed at least a day in advance of his schedule and arrived when promised which I appreciated.
Below are some of the task I watch Al and his brother do and was very happy with the quality I saw.
Gutter Guards
Pressure washer cleaned gutter, downspouts, and surrounding area.
Removed gutters and installed metal protection on fascia board where needed
Adjusted gutter angle to make sure water drained correctly on all sides
Installed and screwed in Guards on all the Gutters to keep in place
Added Metal End caps to prevent squirrels and bird access to gutters.
Corrected a Gutter Problem that caused leaves and debris to collect and build up at one section of the roof allowing water to
flow over sides.

Removed Rotting wood at base and along sides
Installed new wood along sides and Vinyl Composite
Simulated Lumber at the base for water resistance.
Caulked all access points around the frame.
Install New Storm window
Removed old storm Window frame from Kitchen

Sent Pictures of how the Gutter install looked
like from above the roof.
Alerted to other problems (Chimney, Tuck
pointing) I did not know about.
Today is 1-July-2014 and three storms have come through since installation and I have seen none of the problems I had before the guards were installed. Normally I would be cleaning out the clogged down spouts!!

"I contacted Reliable Handyman Services and explained that I needed to have my old microwave removed and install a new one.
Told CW that a friend and I tried to remove the microwave ourselves but had a problem getting it to release
from the space.  CW said that he could come over that same afternoon to do the job.  He knew that on some
of the older microwave's that there was two extra hidden screws to be removed.  After he removed them the
microwave came out easily then he had to drill some new holes for the new installation.  Easey for him, hard
for me.
CW was very professional and friendly throughout the process and I will certainly use Reliable Handyman in
the future.

"First, Bob stopped by with an estimate at the agreed upon time. Then, within a few days we scheduled the work.  He arrived on time and started right away. He worked with the back porch ceiling fan light first. This very old fixture was ancient however Bob took the time to disassemble and installed the new ceiling fan. He is very meticulous at his job. Then, he worked with installing track lighting in the dining room area.  The track lighting is beautiful too.  Lastly, he worked with replacing the back porch light located outside.  He had to use an extension ladder to reach the light.  He completed all jobs within about couple hours.  Bob was very personable and professional.  He remained focused with the jobs. He is skilled at his job. 
Bob did a terrific job! Great job!  We will hire Bob again in the future.
