"We were satisfied with the quality. Minor problems were fixed quickly. The warehouse gave us the wrong cabinet. They came back that afternoon to install it (very nice). Professionalism wasn't great. They used several of our items for their process: a garbage can (now rust stained), dogs water dish (yuck!), kids playmat (dirty). They shattered a mirror, did not offer to replace it. AFTER installing our tub he told us we overpaid (went where he recommended). Say something BEFORE installing, too late now! During install of toilet/sink, they told us the 2 were too close & wouldn't pass inspection (should ve got custom/narrow cabinet & sink). We're not plumbing code experts & relied on them for these details BEFORE buying fixtures. The inspector let it go, but it was added worry & could've been an expensive error. We found 1 run of supply line was a reused, old section. That pipe may have been fine, but we paid for new. We had to argue & he wasn't too happy about re-plumbing this stretch."

Professional Mechanical showed up on time to tear out my Furnace and AC (and new humidifier) and replace with a High Efficiency unit.
