"They were all very professional. I found the customer service exceptional. Ben even contacted me and got me an appointment sooner by offering later in the day. First of all , they were able to get me in so I wouldnâ t have to take more time off work. Ryan was very thorough with the diagnostic. Other companies I talked to wanted to charge quite a bit just to come out and look, but not 1st choice. The installers were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Everything was explained thoroughly."

"We hired another company to install two new shut off valves in our basement. Our house is very old and actually has lead pipes coming into the house. The original plumber installed the valves and left without the water being turned back on. When it finally was turned on, there was a small leak in the compression fitting to the main line. So, we called Slades to come fix the problem. John was upfront about his service call pricing and hourly rate, and I found both to be completely reasonable. The best part of my interaction with Slades, however, is that I no longer have to worry about the problem. While my original plumber (a company that touted their decades of experience) had every excuse as to why the job could not be done properly, John simply solved the problem. Here is my highest form of praise: If I ever have another plumbing problem that I can't fix, I'm calling Slades."
