They were very professional and asked if they were too loud several times throughout the day. Frankly, I hardly knew they were there by the amount of noise they made. They picked up everything before they left. Justin did a great job explaining our new A/C, air cleaner and thermostat. The next day, we had our ducts cleaned. Even though that activity is inherently noisy, they drastically minimized the noise by keeping the air compressor out in the garage. The most “difficult” thing was when I had to transfer our cats from one room to another and that took just a couple minutes. Both technicians were very nice.
