"We were referred to Elite Indoor Air by another church in the area, and decided to give their Air/Surface purifier a try. I'm pleased to say that we have had no reported positive COVID cases. That could be a matter of chance or perhaps a result of multiple mitigation efforts working in tandem. But I can say for certain that the air just "feels" better when the units are on (we have 2 in the sanctuary), so I trust that they're doing what they are touted to do. I even have one in my home. Damian has been great with answering questions, providing in-person support, and even checking in from time to time to make sure we're still happy. So far, my experience with both Elite Indoor Air and the products they offer have been nothing but positive."

"The team that performed the services were very professional and courteous. They arrived on time, did a nice job of covering up the carpets and work areas. They explained in detail what the process for removal of mold from the attic would be and did a thorough job which we could tell by the before and after pictures taken by them. They cleaned up well before they left. We were very satisfied with their work and very glad to have hired them."

"After getting recommendations and checking Angie's list, I called Rich Reimer of Custom Craft Environmental. Rich was very cooperative and came almost right away. He outlined what he was going to do and after we agreed, he and his crew immediately started to go to work. After vacuuming up as much of the water as possible, they set up huge dehumidifiers and 25 fans to finish the drying. They also sprayed chemicals to prevent mold and to disinfect the flooring; this they did several times during the next days. We had a lot of stuff in our basement and there was a lot to move up off the floor. Rich and his men were extremely helpful and careful with our belongings and never once did they complain about the amount of things they had to move. Rich came back numerous times during the drying out process to check on the progress and to move furniture and fans around for better coverage - for that care we were most grateful. When things were finally dry, we had Steve, one of Rich's crew, shampoo our carpet and he did a great job in spite of all the challenges caused by having to move a lot of furniture, etc. All in all, Custom Craft did an excellent job and it was a pleasure to work with Rich and his crew."

"When I called the company they came out the same day.  After accessing the situation they moved all of the furniture and games from the affected room.  After removing the wet carpeting the crew washed and sanitized the floor and set huge fans around the room.  They came back a day later to check that everything was dry.  It was an excellent job and we were most relieved that we had no mold developing.  Hope we don't have anymore flooding but if we do we'd be sure to call "The Master Cats"."

"Brian arrived with his worker, assessed the issues and presented a couple of options to work with. The work was done efficiently in a few hours and I no longer have any leaks in my basement. I was very impressed with the work and the way he goes about his business. There was only one area that we could not figure out if it was leaking from the foundation or if it was coming from above. We agreed to test it the next rain fall and have him come back to fix that section. Unfortunately it didn't rain again until spring and when it did I was unable to reach him. I think this company is no longer in business or at least that is the impression I get because all of his contact information is no longer in service. It's too bad because I really like the work he did for the price he quoted.
