He was very professional and pleasant to talk to and work with. He quickly found the problem and had the parts available so he was able to make repairs immediately. I appreciate that he explained how the original installers could have done a better job with the drain line which would have prevented the cause of our outage. He then proceeded to redo the drain line the right way. Would gladly hire Absolute Temp Control again."
