"My landlord recently arranged for my Mitsubishi HVAC system to be cleaned, hiring Green Ductors Air Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning. To be honest my expectations were low, but to my surprise the engineer, Alex, who conducted this work brought with him the kind of old-fashioned workmanship we once had in this country when a certain generation of Europeans were of working age. Alex spent no less than six hours cleaning every inch of a three-thermostat system. To make things better, he left the areas where he had worked in the apartment immaculate. During this lengthy time, Alex was highly professional, personable, and considerate of me and my space. I see that the Company has over 250 5-star reviews, so there is little more I can say – except that as a very tough NYC costumer, I offer up my highest recommendation for this business. The following day, I took the time to call the Owner, Dimitri, who could not have been more delighted by the fact that I had such a positive experience. This is a rare first-rate organization and you simply cannot go wrong when you need this type of work undertaken."

"The technician (Sam) arrived promptly at time / date scheduled.  He inspected furnaces
on both floors and then  began work on 2nd floor.   He sprays high pressure air hose into
vents and never actually removes air vents.  Then he cuts a hole in main trunk returns by
furnace to insert a large vacumn hose to clean the entire system.  He also replaced filters
on intake vents.   At the conclusion of the work Sam offered to show me the dirt / lint that
was accumulated in the large bag at the end ofthe vacumn hose by his truck. 
Overall Sam was very methodical and offered explanations on the process.  However,  I
never comfortable with the idea of leaning the entire ducts system from a hose on the
main line without actually removing vent covers in each room.  There was also abit of a mess
on the floor around many / most of the vents he sprayed with high pressure air.  Clean up
was lacking.   There also wasn't much dirt / lint in the bag so either my air ducts were pretty
clean to begin with or the job didn't get everything out.  No way of knowing.

"Had a high velocity a/c issue and getting run around by orignal installer who I will blast for unprofessionaliism if he ever is listed here. Frustrated, called CC based off Angies reviews. Lisa was very pleasant and attentive to my long winded explanation, had me speak to Mo who took time talking to me. I asked if he could take a look at unit , he did and said it was operating but not cooling properly but that a full pressurized check of system was best done when weather warms. He was going to leave without a service charge but I asked him if he could winterize furnance, thought quote could have been lil lower for that but agreed because I appreciated his directness and honesty on dealings. Lisa quickly made appt to fit my schedule and Mo and helper were puntual on call as well as prompt responding to night call to check on pressure gauge that they replaced. Service cost all in."

"It is not very often that I find myself in a position to write a review as positive as this one. What a pleasure to work with such a professional and honest company! Calling to make the appointment was easy: the person answering the phone was attentive and courteous, and she really went the extra mile. As I had only the next day off from work, the representative was able to squeeze in an appointment for the very next day! She then called the next day in the morning to confirm Tony when would arrive. Truly excellent customer service by 1 Hour Chimney -- AAA Chimney Corp! Once Tony arrived, I was impressed with how efficiently and quickly the inspections went. Also noteworthy was that Tony volunteered to also carry out a check of our gas furnace's venting. He was very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how to maintain and care for the chimneys and fireplaces. And we received great news: Tony let us know neither Chimney, nor the gas vent needed any work; and that they were in excellent condition. This supports all the other reviews which note the company's well-deserved reputation for honesty, integrity and professionalism. On top of this, Tony did not charge us for the inspections. He just asked for us to leave an honest review of the company. If we ever need any chimney repair or remodeling in the future, Tony's company will be our only choice.
