"Luciano and his assistant did a fantastic job at floor installation in the first floor of my house. They worked relentlessly to get the job done since I had to get it done in a short time. They worked from morning till night . The floors came out so good. They were also flexible to fix other jobs that I asked like running through cable in another room. The family room carpet (installed in April) had a manufacturing defect in that the carpet had a chalky sheen to it.  Eric, the owner of Floor Expo in Fairfield, NJ, came right over the next day to see it.  He agreed with me & said he would replace it for free.

The replacement was installed on 6/3/16, along with a carpet in the master bedroom, hall & stairs.  They did an excellent job with the installation.  Jimmy, the lead installer, was also very personable, which to me is a wonderful quality for anyone working in your home.  He even went above & beyond the call of duty in that he helped load 2 dorm refrigerators, we were donating, into a truck.  He also reconnected a loose chain in our toilet tank !  After completing the installation, they cleaned up & vacuumed the work area.  You would never know they were even there!

I can not say enough good things about this company..It was a real pleasure dealing with them, from the owner, Eric, right thru to the installers.  (How many stores do you go into where you have direct access to the owner...very few, for sure).  I will  certainly be a lifelong customer of Floor Expo !  Thank you for exceptional customer service.
