"We engaged Bob Phalan of Phalan Construction to do a number of small to medium size projects in our home, including: building and installing stairs from the kitchen to garage, building/ finishing/ installing a stair handrail, building/ finishing/ installing doors for an existing kitchen cabinet, repairing 2 sinking decks, getting rid of squeaks in the floor, leveling a number of doors. Bob does excellent work, he really knows his stuff and is a master craftsman in all kinds of home projects, especially carpentry. We highly recommend Phalan Construction for many of your home repair/improvement projects! We definitely plan to use Phalan Construction for future projects."

"Overall the experience was great from meeting Tony at our house where he quickly wrote up a quote that was not adjusted ever. Tony's son Anthony was attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had. The installation team did a great job but they did have to come back at my request to seal a small part of the Windows. But they did so with no argument. Very professional group. The only additional comment is that when they dropped off the singles for the roof, they didn't tell me they were going to do that and left it on my lawn where it killed a patch of grass the size of the pallet. I would have preferred it in the driveway. Otherwise, I would highly recommend them for their work, communication, and product."

"Among the things you want in a contractor are that they 1) will show up when they say they will, 2) are competent, careful, and courteous, 3) will promptly address any issues that arise and 4) will listen to and hear what you have to say. On any scale Jeff Fisher Windows rates extremely highly on these criteria. While he has crews to do the work Jeff pays close attention to a job, is not averse to lending a hand himself, treats clients and his employees with respect, and is committed to making things right. We had 9 windows and a sliding patio door installed in our condo in Maynard during Thanksgiving week 2018. Things went well and we were pleased that they were able to accommodate our request to change the install sequence so that the patio door, which is near our kitchen, could go in first to free up the kitchen for baking on the Wednesday. They did this and made the schedule, despite the fact that a scheduled employee had to call in sick on the first day of the job. One problem that did arise was a damaged window, which was returned to the supplier and so had to be installed at a later date. There was also some orneriness on the part of the sliding patio door, which was fully and promptly addressed. I recommend Jeff Fisher highly and would gladly hire him again."

"Amazing! This is the second time I've used Daddy & Junior Paint and I am once again happy. The first project he did for me was a small job. Some ceiling repair and painting and I was very happy with the work he did so reached out to him for a much bigger project. Roldolfo removed a ceiling that had been ruined by a leaky roof and took the paneling off of the walls in a large space (approximately 700 SF). He then resheetrocked everything, mudded, painted and did the trim and crown molding. It came out beautiful. The space looks so much better than it did before. Much cleaner and the space actually looks bigger! Very happy and will gladly hire again for future projects."

"We hired Superior Kitchen and Bath to replace our existing bathroom and bathtub with a completely new bathroom with a walk in shower.  They were selected based on their very detailed cost estimate that demonstrated that they were experienced professionals and knew exactly how to approach this project.  The work involved demolishing the entire bathroom, expanding the bathroom area by taking an adjacent closet, relocating the air stacks, relocating the bathroom door to allow for expanding the shower area. After reframing for a new ADA compliant walk in shower, new plumbing and electrical connections were made and a new vanity, toilet and tiles, and plaster completed the project.  The end result was excellent.   Jane and Brandon and their team did a fantastic job.  They worked very closely with us throughout the project to make sure the vision we had for our new bathroom met our expectations.  I highly recommended this company for anyone considering remodeling their bathrooms
