"Very expensive project having my Central Air and Furnace go out at the same time. We had a new furnace installed last week and we were not satisfied with how it was working. I called Hurley and David and had a technician come out, it was determined we needed a bigger BTU furnace. I spoke to Michelle Creek who ensured me they would order a new one and have it installed. They ordered it on 6/10 and it was installed today 6/12. Jimarri Scott came to install with his crew and he was awesome!!! Very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He explained all the steps to me, kept me updated with the progress! Hopefully no more issues going forward! Thank you!"

"Last April I purchased a brand new condominium. There was quite a bit of construction dust as well as some construction debris in the air ducts once the building was completed. I finally decided to hire Dustbusters Duct Cleaning this month to clean them out. The dryer vent was also cleaned and the central AC coil was inspected. Jeremy was the technician who performed the job. He was punctual, polite and courteous, and very knowledgeable. "My parents shower was leaking and causing damage to the ceiling below. Prior to calling Hurley and David four different plumbers had looked at the shower and could not find the leak. I called Hurley and David and they came to my parents’ house within a few days at which point we had the pleasure of meeting Tim, a master plumber. Within 2 minutes of him looking at the shower base he found the leak and explained clearly what needed to be done. We learned among other things that a kitchen drain had been installed instead of a shower drain. A few days later Tim retuned and in under an hour replaced the drain. He was friendly and very professional throughout his visits. I was so impressed with his work I will be hiring him to do some plumbing work in my house. I highly recommend that you consider Hurley and David and especially Tim for all your plumbing needs. They are the best!"

"Stephen answered the phone directly when I called to make an appointment.  He said that he was available to come out that afternoon, if this was convenient..  I agreed, since we were home anyway because of power outages at work.  Stephen arrived as anticipated and spent a few minutes looking at the shed and its contents.  I also showed him an old exercize bicycle in the garage that I wanted removed.  He stated that he would e-mail me an exact estimate within a day or two, but anticipated the cost to be in the range of $800-$900.  I was somewhat taken aback by the amount since I had been quoted several hundred dollars less than this by the company I was planning to buy a new shed from.  I indicated to him that I would probably use this other company.  He said that he could take the exercize bicycle when he left, and proceeded to carry it out the garage and lift it into his truck.  He refused to accept payment or a even a tip for this.  The bike had been taking up badly needed space in our garage  for years, and for us it was extremely heavy (he hoisted it up with seemingly minimal effort...).  It may have been a small thing for him to do, but I was really appreciative.    If I need to hire anyone to haul away items in the future I plan on calling  Stephen."

"Not well as it should have, either with their organization or with the installations. Poor communications within their company meant they sent a crew here for a few hours not knowing what to do or equipped to do it. Had to reschedule for another date. Maybe they are fine with new fixtures in new homes, but we have an older house (1900) and wanted to install older fixtures to match. A few of these fixtures needed some basic, easy to obtain parts. One of the electricians in the crew knew what he was doing, but another was clearly uncomfortable with the older fixtures and ultimately unable to install two of them. They did honor their price quote, and show up on the date(s) they said, albeit a little late, and most of their work was OK. But communications with the company and some of the work did not inspire confidence."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

The technician was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. I'd highly recommend hiring them right after buying a house, especially if it is new construction. Also, if you have new filters on hand, they will install them for you after they are done. They have transparent pricing, you can pay online in advance, and I received a discount for doing so in April."

"I had a lot of additional cost. It ended up at $1500. They only cleaned three, for the big deal. And then, I had a thing that they put in to make sure that the air stays clean. They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me. I'm not even sure why they had to take it off or what they did."
