Addition Contractors in Westminster, CA

"Very good prices, The entire roof was replaced in 2 days. Never had to enter the house and they cleaned up after themselves. Gil was amazing with his customer service and attention to detail. When some companies were just giving quotes over the phone, Gil came out and got up on the roof to inspect the job. I would highly recommend Platinum and Gil. I couldnâ  t be happier."

"We hired Ben to remodel our living room and kitchen, which included adding approximately 300 square feet, creating an open floor plan, and removing an enormous brick fireplace in the center of our house. From day one, Ben was amazing to work with. He was on budget, on schedule, professional throughout the entire project, and consistently anticipated potential issues before they became problems. His wealth of experience was incredibly valuable when it came to making decisions along the way, and he was always willing to offer thoughtful advice and guidance. His entire team was fantastic as well: professional, respectful, and clearly committed to doing quality work. We couldn’t be happier with the results and our experience working with Ben. We highly recommend Ben for any remodeling, building, or construction project!"

"I was able to get the kitchen of my dreams, with this wonderful remodeling that they did to me, it turned out just as I wanted it, really thank you very much"

"Efrain and David are fantastic! When our contractor was suddenly unable to continue with the job, David took over with a great positive attitude. He persistently worked with the city to get the building permit, finally ending a tedious 10 month process. Crews were here working every day. Each one of them was considerate, conscientious, and demonstrated a strong work ethic. Efrain and David communicated with us most days and were always accessible to us. My ADU is adorable and just what we wanted and I am sure that many contractors could have pulled it off. The important thing about Olalde is that they truly care and honestly want us to be happy."

"Shu and his crew did a great job. They protected my staircase and created barriers to separate the work and the rest of the house. They were always on time and they did a great job. Very pleased w the workmanship and the result. Can’t go wrong w Shu. A reliable contractor."
