The whole process was easy from beginning to end with very clear and quick communication. Also had them repair an existing system at the same time that was quick, hassle free and got me fixed up properly. "The appointment slot was from 8-12 but I got a call 30 minutes in advance. The technician, Jesse, was very nice and explained what he was doing. He told me how old my furnace was and to keep on top of maintenance. He didn’t try to sell me anything, just mentioned services that the company offered. We talked about duct cleaning (they don’t offer it) so that helped steer me away from doing it as they don’t think it’s very effective. He showed me rust in my furnace but said it wasn’t that bad and doesn’t need repair. Overall I thought the tuneup went well. I would use them again for furnace and AC work."

"John gave us a very good price on a new more energy saving furnace and with the polar vortex coming in, was back the next day with the new furnace.  John and his crew arrived at 7 a.m. and started removing the old one. They worked very quickly even though the old furnace gave them a lot of trouble because the furnace had actually fused itself to the floor ( furnace was 62 yrs old)and when they were able to defuse it and move it, the interior parts actually fell out. We were using a time bomb, the noise I was hearing, thinking that it just needed oiled was actually the motor falling.  John and his crew worked very quickly even though they had a lot of work to do bring everything up to code. After removing the old furnace John discovered that I had a gas leak coming from my water heater, John fixed that and did not charge me for that work or parts. By mid afternoon I had heat and a lot more of it. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using John for all your heating needs.  He knows his stuff and does it right,( you just don't find that now a day in a lot of contractors)  he is honest, reliable, and most of all he looks at safety first!!  I will use John again for all other repairs in my home. <br />"
