"This is the most negligent contractor I've dealt with in my life. They suggested to not be home for our attic insulation since we have a newborn at home which I appreciated. They seemed careful and thoughtful in the sales process which is why I ended up picking them for our project. However, when it came time for the job they were reckless with security and safety. Before the job I sent multiple notes via text and email, and had a phone call asking them to contact me at the end of each day so I could set the alarm and lock the doors remotely. Day one they didn't do this. I sent another ask to please be mindful of this so I could keep our home secure. Day 2 they did not do this again, and ended up leaving our front door wide open which triggered a burglar alarm at 2am requiring us to deal with the security company and police throughout the night. Afterwards it took days for anyone to reply. They lacked empathy or ownership for how negligent their team was. I would not recommend working with these people. Mistakes happen, but the response to these mistakes was almost as bad as their dangerous actions themselves."

"This company did a wonderful job! The owner, Mariusz, was very helpful and responsive during the process. His pricing was very reasonable. His installation team worked very hard and did a wonderful job. When I bought my condo, the prior owners installed a horribly cheap floor that was also quite ugly. Thanks to ReDesign, my place was transformed and looks brighter and incredibly homey. I smile every time I look at my new floor. And his pricing was incredibly fair. One of my other quotes was twice as expensive as the one Mariusz gave me, and that company said it would take 4 workers 3 days to complete the project (my condo is on the smaller size side, and there is no way four people could have even fit in here while working at the same time). I would definitely hire ReDesign again if/when I need additional floors replaced."

"The team from Modern Quality Flooring excelled at every step of the process of redoing nearly every floor in our new house. We redid our entire first floor of hardwood and our entire basement with new vinyl lux flooring. We discovered some bumps in the road - upon removing some rugs, some very large plywood patches showed up. The basement floor, once the carpet came up proved to be less than level and the stairs needed to be patched up. Everything was done so well that it's hard to imagine it's the same house. The flooring work they did was transformational. Despite the complicated and numerous hardwood patches in several rooms, you can't tell they're not the original floors. The workmanship is flawless. We felt completely comfortable from the initial meeting with them. They were excellent at communicating things before, during and upon completion of the work. "It went really well. Robert Carroll really knows his stuff. Hire this guy. I say that without reservation of any kind. Don't look any further, believe me, I did. This is the smartest guy. He is honest, dependable, offers fair pricing, and his team can do all the work. I got several estimates from A+ rated insulation companies, but Robert was more knowledgeable than the other companies. He was the only one to point out that my soffits were not vented. Apparently, my house was built on the day no one was inspecting. The builder never cut open the soffits. That meant there was zero airflow going through my attic. The attic fan could run all day, but without air to move, it would not do any good. Only Robert noticed this and offered a solution to fix the problem! I asked some of the other A+ companies if they would vent the soffits and they all said they don't do that work, but they would be happy to add more insulation, which would not fix the problem if the attic was not vented."
