- Other services normally work from the vents back to a central point.   Zerorez worked from the furnace out to the vents. The result was dust blown from vents into our home. 
-Also a Zerorez tech wound up putting her foot through my ceiling.  Fortunately she wasn't hurt as a result of this accident. but my ceiling sustained extensive damage 
-Needless to say they didn?t charge me which was a good start
-And although the initial contractor provided for the repair was "confrontational? the customer service manager Rich has been working diligently with me to remedy the problem.
-I've used these guys before for my carpets and was very impressed.  This incident was totally out of character and I was truly surprised by what had happened
-Ultimately, through the diligence of the customer service manager Rich, the damage was addressed and the ceiling is being repaired.
- Honestly I don?t think I?ll use them again to clean my air ducts but there customer service department was very interested in making sure that all my concerns were addressed.
